Mother of two, grown, married children. Living alone, but love to cook and invent new recipes -- especially sauces for meats. A little jam, wine, soy, dijon, seasoning, herbs, balsamic and/or whatever I'm drinking as I cook, tend to often find their way into the pan. I like everything from gourmet to comfort foods. I don't like eating the same thing every night or waiting all evening for dinner to cook. I like to freeze leftovers and, on weeknights, have some quick cook recipes. I love to travel and trying new foods is part of the fun.
