Southern born and fed. I grew up on traditional southern cooking. My grandparents lived across the street from each other so when we went to visit we ate at least 6 meals a day; it's a wonder I don't weigh 400 lbs. I have always enjoyed cooking and I made sure that my sons knew how to cook too. I love to grill / smoke anything and everything but I am also quite at home in the kitchen. Nothing is better than putting together a Sunday brunch with my lovely wife while sipping on sunrise.
