Im an new gluten free type of girl. I recently began having allergies to milk, eggs, gluten,Chocolate and anything else thats extremely yummy tasting! lol This was an extreme shock to me as I had to start from scratch on making everything my husband adored gluten free and allergy free. After many in the kitchen baking disasters and disappointments.. and the fact that my husband still to this day refuses to eat any blueberry muffins I make since all my first gluten free experiments turned into clay in a muffin pan.. I am beginning to learn how to bake gluten free!.. But its still a learning process,so hopefully I will get lots of help from other allergy sufferers along the way.
