Originally from Tennessee and now a transplant of Nebraska, I've been here for about fifteen or so years. I only meant to stay a minute or two, but like all wonderful places with good people, the next thing I knew, a decade had passed. I learned how to cook out of pure neccessity - couldn't afford take-out all the time :0 I've always been on the lookout for easy to make recipes that use normal, out of the pantry ingredients. This site has proven to be a wonderful source of recipes. I love to make comfort foods and bake. My two roommates like to play my taste testers. The Zaar has been a great addition to all of our lives.
