I have a gluten intolerance. I work in a little cafe. We serve burgers for the most part. I've started scouring the net & searching the cookbooks trying to find things I can take to work for lunch, as well as cook for home. At work, I'm pretty limited because most of our stuff is on a bun, bread, or battered! I love to cook, so the gluten factor has just made it a little more challenging.
