I'm lucky to have parents who enjoy different kinds of cuisine and I was taught how to appreciate the different tastes and smells. Like Japanese, Korean, Western, Italian, French.. hahahs, I guess I'm really really lucky. :D I think that also spoiled me a bit -- everytime I eat food of a different cuisine, for example, Japanese food, it has to be "up to standard" and has that special taste that is only unique to that culture of food. LOL! XDXDXD And being in Singapore, I've no excuse not to learn how to appreciate different types of food. So I really am very lucky. hahahs :D BUT, I'm not much of a cook --yet! hahahs. XD I've alot to learn about cooking :p but I bake every now and then :D that's at least something right? XD -cheers to good food and a happy good life XDXDXD
