I'm an American living in Central Europe. Therefore, I have to cook and bake quite differently... I love baking especially, but will also try most recipes that don't require handling raw meat (I haven't grown out of that "eww!" stage yet.) New recipes are fun, but I also like trying to improve old ones or give them a new twist. I'm also a big Alton Brown fan, however most of his recipes are too time-consuming for me. I have a love for pets and have usually had at least one in my house my entire life. My past friends include hamsters, guinea pigs, tropical fish.
