while i am familiar with the workings of a kitchen, i have never been a passionate cook. Recently however, i seem to have caught the bug! this is a great site, i am learning quite a bit here. i am vegetarian, i eat dairy, and try not to use eggs - i have found tofu to be an excellent subsitute in baking. i am becoming known for my carrot cake, listed here as recipe #265275. i live in brooklyn, ny with my husband and three cats, who all like to sample the baked goods! thanks for reading everyone!
