im from north carolina. one set of grandparent are down home cooking country flok so i learned a lot of wholesome recipies from that grandma like homemade biscuts and peach cobbler. my other set of grandparents are italian, you can only imagine the great things that i learned from that side of the family. my aunt is really into asian cooking and i picked up the best Vietnamese soup ever. im now living in new zealand where there is a heavy influence of brtish eats... im not realy a fan of baked beans on toast but they do do some beautiful roasted dinners. i went vegitarian about two years ago ( i still eat fish though) and i cant have too much dairy so i have become really creative and have never really had any disater except when i put so thyme in an all mushroom recipie (not a fan at all). i love to cook and i love to eat and i love this web site.
