I have re-learned a new way to cook and eat, after discovering that my 5 year old son's "illness" was actually food allergies. It was traumatic, and difficult, at first. Now I look at it as a challenge, and it's actually kind of fun - most of the time anyway. He is allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy, and peanuts. Happiness is wanting what you have!!!!!
