I operate a small lake resort on Clearwater Lake. We are always looking for new recipes for our "Specials". Since I was raised and spent much of my life near New Orleans, I am very much into Creole cusine and love shrimp, oyster, crab, crayfish and fish dishes. When I semi-retired the first time, about twenty years ago, my wife told me we were going to share the household duties and asked if I'd rather cook or wash dishes. I opted for the cooking job and my wife immediately bought a dishwasher. As an attorney, she informed me that there was nothing in our contract preventing her from doing so. So I did the cooking for the family and enjoyed it greatly until I returned to my career full time. I have recently retired again and am getting back into cooking...this time for one. My ex is still in Louisiana and I'm here in the Ozarks managing my own Lodge and having a ball.
