I am an excellent cook and have been doing it ever since childhool. In High School I had actually thought about cooking as a career, but instead became an RN. I love different foods and "love" to try new things. I absolutely "hate" packaged, quick fix dishes like "casserole in a box" and do try to stay away from high carb meals. Of course, who can turn down a great big plate of pasta? I certainly can't. I cook somethig different daily as I have a really hard time "pushing" leftovers in my home. Usually they sit in the refridgerator until they are finally "tossed."
