My cooking goes in "spurts", depending on how busy I am and the time of year. I always welcome a new season and the special foods we make that time of year. By the end of the season, I'm bored! When I get tired of cooking, I go on sites like this or leaf through my vast collection of cookbooks/cooking magazines to get inspired. I love looking at recipes and pictures of food! I participate in a "Cook Day" where about 10 to 15 of us get together in a church kitchen and cook for the month. I think you call it OAMC on this site. We meet 7 or 8 times a year. It's a ton of work and totally exhausting, but we save money and eat out less often. The meals are high quality and nutritious. It's a life saver!
