I grew up in 4-H, with cooking as a club project then and it is still my favorite. As a Cosmetologist I have a recipe collection from clients, and you know they only give out their proud recipes. From 5 to 40 ingredients, I will try any recipe once, and mark it as a keeper or mess with it until it is. I collect cookbooks, and really use them. A Pet Peeve.... those who have a beautiful, state of the art kitchen, with all of the latest gadgets, and never use them.
