As the user name reflects, I'm going gluten-free... well, actually just trying wheat-free for health reasons. Hoping to see some improvements. So looking for low fuss recipes I can substitute gf products with. I have three young kids and a hard-working hubby, so I'm always looking for kid-friendly, hearty, and healthy recipes that are easy to prepare and simplify. We eat most of our meals at home. I am happy to share how recipes worked out for us, along with the tweaks tried. Bon appetit!
