I was a professional cook for over 35 years before I became disabled. When I was working it was always my goal to prepare foods that were tasty attractive healthy and cooked from scratch whenever possible. Now that I am in forced retirement I miss the work atmosphere and the daily dose of adrenaline rushes. I love to read, do all kinds of handicrafts, garden, walk-especially with my dogs and, of course, bake. I love to be creative in everything. I have become very active in my church . That is where I have my opportunities to cook for other people. I live with my Puerto Rican husband and 2 crazy dogs. I have 3 adult children and six grandchildren.
