I love to cook pasta dishes most, then TexMex, Italian. After that I love experimenting with foods and spices from all over the world. I am also getting into the savory/sweet thing. I tried cinnamon in my marinara sauce(one teaspoon per quart) and it gave it a great new depth of flavor! I am not much of a baker, but I do make simple basic deserts.
