Worked in Multiple fields ranging from Hotels to currently IT Project Management. I enjoy cooking my local Mangalorean cuisine which has its own distinct flavours. My passion is food, food and more food. I like meat and when I say meat no spare parts only meat :). I enjoy baking and cocktails as well. I come from a family of passionate cooks and pratically grew up in the kitchen. I love to eat and see others enjoying what I have cooked. I like to experiment at the same time a perfectionist.
