@Chef2Rachel B.
I grew up in Naples Florida and live in a small family environment. I am a young vegetetian and vegan chef. Using Vegan ingredients and Organic Valley* Family farm products, I aspire to show people that cruelty free cooking can offer the same good testing variety as non vegan or inorganic food can. I hope to be able to teach people about the cruelty going on in factory farms and descourage their support of them. I am a farely recent vegan, alsmost a year now, but I am verry passionate about stopping the rong that goes on behind the public eye. I alwayse make shure to research a product before I confirm that it is cruelty free including other appliences like cosmetics and prodicts requireing other chemicals. I guess u could call me a vegetarian since I do use some organic products and I also cook fish, but If the food is already made [ like cereal...ect] I choose not to eat it because of the factory farm industries. Other than that I love to cook and on occasion I bake for things sunday morning church serices or sports games. I love all types of art and music. I play sports, enjoy phisical exercize, learning, and health study. I love my church body, my support system, believing strongly in my refuge; the God of heaven. Actually, he is a huge part of why I stand up for the animals in factory farms; because they are his creations and he does gives us authority to use them as a resource of food not to abuse them in such horrible wayse as are done in factory farm facilities. I hope that one day much more people will stand up against this but in the mean time we can still use all the other recources that God has given us to satisfy and provide for our needs well and contently. If you would like to look into the factory farm industries you can type in 'meet your meat' into youtube and there is one video that includes all of the forms of factory farm cruelty. You can also visit goveg.com for more informational videos and stories; it has prettymuch everything. A big site on animal TESTING is marscandykills.com. I hope that you all enjoy my recipes and so look forward to trying some of yours posted.
