I live in a small border city and love to travel. I get alot of my recipe ideas from travel and the wonderful people that have touched my life. I love to entertain and eat but since having gastric by pass surgery, I cannot endulge the way I used to. I had Roux en Y gastric bypass done October 16- 2007 and have lost 250 LBS.
