Granddaughter to a chef who owned her own restraunt. Sister to an assistant chef in a restraunt in VA. Cousin to a proffessional chef, and a future chef about to enter culinary school. I'm just a teenager who likes to dabble and experiment with food. I don't plan on making a career out of it, it's just fun and tastes good! My grandmother owned her own restraunt back when my dad was a kid and the genes got passed down to a few of her grandkids! I love Italian and Chinese cuisine. I like some japanese food, but due to an allergy to shellfish, and an intolerance to almost any other sea food, I can't eat too much of that. I've tried various recipes, made a few of my own. My mom works nights, so as the oldest in the house, I'm usually left to making dinner. And i usually don't complain, because I enjoy cooking. I'm all about healthy food. I'd often eat a salad over a sandwich any day. My dad is diabetic, so I have to know how to make a healthy dish that still tastes great!
