I am an occasional cook with a real appreciation for tastes and food that have an "attitude". Nothing bland for me. I have always used spices like they were primary ingredients instead of seasonings. I was famous at my parties for my "Thermonuclear Chicken" the consumption of which was only guaranteed to make you grab for another cold beer. In August of 2003 I decided to open a business by the name of Pepper-Passion. We are a web-based business devoted to the production of the world's most elegant and exotic hardwood Salt & Pepper Mills, and the distribution and encouragement of consumption of the world's best Peppercorns and Sea-Salts. A noble endeavor if I do say so myself.
