A bit about me....Grew upin the kitchen, I really think I was conceived on the kitchen table!... Well, I am a American Greek girl with three brother's and I am the youngest. My older Brother prayed for a baby sister so that he could play with the kitchen set....He is now a great Chef who graduated from the C.I.A. and my second brother as well... We all grew up in a family owned restuarant which we still have and my eldest brother opened his own bistro....then there is me. My father always told me the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. And after a year of a beautiful courtship and lot's of fun cooking (he likes to do the dishes..Yeah) I was married to a most wonderful man and he loves my cooking....so I guess I won his heart ;) I love working with my hands and have been a massage therapist for 9rs+ and find it similar to cooking....I have ben asked to teach and tell people to make 100 loaves of bread and anyone can massage just as well...kindda..heee... I grew up in the kitchen and whenever ther was joy, sadness, hurt, anger, scared, in love, celebration of Holy Sacraments food was always involved. My YaiYa(grandmother) lived with us, she spoke little english and I little greek...though she taught me the language of the kitchen. I love cooking, experimenting in the kitchen, and find it soothes the soul and is very comforting when I could share happy times cooking with family and friends.....
