I'm no chef and I'm barely a cook, maybe more like a butcher. Not the kind of butcher that prepares raw meats for people, but more like the kind that ruins meals beyond recognition. I am a vegetarian, but in my meat eating days I was known to try anything atleast once, and if I liked it, to eat a lot of it. Nowadays, I spend a lot of my cooking time by trying to make comfort foods of my past more vegetarian friendly AND still edible.
