Biggest tip; Always read the introduction in your cookbooks - it tells you how the author thinks. It is most helpful in getting perfect results from the recipes. Favorite cookbook: tough to choose.....Americas Test kitchen - Best recipe & Best baking, King Arthur baking and Cookie Books, all of Caprial Pence cookbooks especially Bistro and Desserts (the coconut creme cake, YUM)
