Cooking is my hobby and I get to fulfill my passion everyday. Growing up my Father never allowed my Mom to cook with herbs, not even garlic. When I moved out of the house at the early age of 16 I discovered spices and herbs and my skills took off. I am fortunate to have a husband that loves for me to explore and expand my cullinary skills and we laugh when the food is not up to par and end up with soup or eggs for dinner. My career was a flight attendant and in the 80's flew to Europe and got the taste for European foods. Delicious, my favorite are the sauces of France. However, the pounds have added up and now cook more healthy except for special occasions. Since my husband has put in a professional kitchen we never go out to eat .
