I began cooking summer 1947, in between trips to Southern California. Learned from an excellent chef in an exclusive golf club. Also met the girl who 2 years later became my wife. For the last 20 years, I do all the cooking and Marie does all the baking, works out great! I began cooking Asian about 50 years ago when a Chinese friend taught me, and now do Asian at least twice a week, or more. We do a different dish every night and rarely have leftovers, if we do, they make a lunch for a day later. Do I enjoy cooking? Indeed!
