Gypsy, poet, grandmother, actor, food safety consultant, love to cook everything and feed my 7 children and 10 grandchildren, and oh yes, my dear husband, Tom, who is my biggest fan. We spent most of a year in 1985, in Italy and poor. I loved cooking fresh Italian menus and shopping every day and cooking generally without any meat, poultry or fish. Also stumbling around in both German ( we lived in the north in Sud Tirol) and Italian. We went from there to Scotland for 7 months where I wowed the natives with Italian cooking tho' fresh herbs which we grew on our roof top in Italy and were now only, if then, in spice jars.
