I like good food that has flavors, not just fats. I like South beach recipes, heart healthy recipes, and diabetic recipes...but I like them with flavors--great olive oil, and fresh herbs and spices, fresh veggies from the farmers market. I dislike frozen foods with the exception of corn and peas (organic of course). I love pasta dishes, tortilla soups, any soups for that matter except clam chowders...over them!
