Mugwort

An herb native to temperate Europe and Asia. The leaves are used as flavoring agent and taste slightly bitter. Mugwort is used to season fat meat and fish. In Germany, it is mainly used to season goose. Mugwort is also used to give Korean rice cakes a greenish color.
