These cakes will make a salmon volunteer for the honor to be in this dish. I love these crispy little suckers and so does Dugan. The delicious sauce I blatantly stole from my friend Chef #119466 who blatantly stole it from Cooking Light. There is no honor among thieves.

    Recipe #130785

Saw this recipe on Rachael Ray's program on Food Network. Love any recipes for salads that doesn't use mayo. Travels well!!

    Recipe #115028

Fantastic made on the outdoor grill! This recipe can easily be doubled, best if marinated overnight for 24 hours, you could use canned pineapple chunks but fresh is better, I have even used cherry tomatoes for this also, and even made these on a indoor grill too... You will love these!

    Recipe #122829

From Toni at Hope Lodge, a real shining light. This is the best blueberry cheese cake you will eat; everyone should put this in their cook book.

    Recipe #124075

Another QETH (quick, easy, tasty and healthy) dish.

    Recipe #173165

I found this on the web after searching for African recipes that included broccoli for the Zaar World Tour 2005. It was on the mom-mom website.

    Recipe #141308

This is easy and good. Posted for Zaar World Tour. From FoodNetwork.com

This dressing is great on a salad of baby greens with cheese and pine nuts, chopped walnuts or pecans, plus perhaps some chopped apples or cranberries.Check out the salad recipe I made for it.

    Recipe #121271

What a lovely way to use those cranberries when they you are tired of making the traditional sauce!

    Recipe #69485

This salad is traditionally served with any type of grilled meats. An excellent accompaniment to the main dish at your next barbecue. From Food and Drink Magazine. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #167760

An awesome TexMex concoction adapted from Foodservice Recipes.

    Recipe #172290

This is a variation on a hot chocolate recipe that I found on the net. It originally used 2 eggs, but I left them out.

    Recipe #171405

This is my family's favorite recipe for Spanish rice. You can add more or less red pepper, depending on how spicy you like it.

    Recipe #143109

A delicious spicy, very moist almost sponge-like sweet cake. Very good as is, with ice cream, or iced.

    Recipe #118005

This is from the Moosewood cookbook. I made this with red snapper and didn’t alter the recipe at all. It is really easy to make and very yummy! Caribbean flavors. Serve with a black bean salad and rice pilaf. Eat it the day it is made.

    Recipe #166613

Bursting with flavors, this Greek island salad would be a wonderful summer lunch or lite supper that is nourishing as well as delicious. Leaving the Feta off the salad will make it Vegan and still delicious! Recipe adapted from Cait Johnson.

    Recipe #169821

Adapted from a recipe found on the germanculture.com website, and posted for the 2006 Zaar World Tour. The recipe did not specify what sort of vinegar or mustard, so use your favourites.

This is a REFRESHING, tangy Salad--low in fat. If you want it creamy and not so low in fat, just add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Be sure to slice the cucumbers and onions very very thin! Serve as salad or top open faced sandwiches with it!

Sweet berry shakes. Made with or with the boose. Kijafa is Danish a cherry wine.

    Recipe #155731

From Southern Living. The sweetness of the pork and the salty of the gouda grits make this a perfect combination.
