This sounds wonderful and looks really fancy without all that much effort. I originally found this recipe in the UK cooking magazine Olive. Cooking time includes the 1hr chilling time.

    Recipe #305662

We have had this a couple of times over the years when I have been off and on Weight Watchers. It is a nice way of having a bit of a cream pasta meal without having to worry much about the fat grams. I got it from a WW cookbook put out by the UK version of WW a number of years ago. The recipe claims to be 11 points for the whole recipe but I know that UK points and USA points are worked out differently.

    Recipe #305618

Smoked salmon always feels indulgent and it can make even a simple recipe like an Italian style frittata feel special. I originally found this recipe in the BBC Good Food Magazine.

    Recipe #305566

I am a big fan of pearl barley as it is cheap, tasty, healthy and very filling. This sounds like a great new way to enjoy pearl barley with a bit of an Italian flare. I originally found this recipe in the BBC Good Food Magazine.

    Recipe #305563

I have been playing around lately with trying to make different kinds of reduced fat burgers to go with the low fat eating plan I am on. This is my latest attempt. I used ground turkey breast so that I didn't feel that bad about having a little bit of fat from the sundried tomatoes but at least it is 'good' fats. The cooking time includes the one hour chilling time.

    Recipe #304891

These were an experiment I did for tonight's meal and I think they turned out pretty well. They aren't out and out low fat but the only fat used is extra virgin olive oil so it is a good fat and a little bit of fresh Parmesan cheese and you could use the reduced fat version of that if desired. So, far better than deep fried French fries.

    Recipe #304892

This is only one my family wants, a deliciously creamy cheese sauce with an old-fashioned bread cube topping. I triple the bread crumb topping as there never seems to be enough of that!

    Recipe #215190

From the 1996 Collectors' Edition (Taste of Home) At times I make it with the ground beef, at other times I make it without. Either way, this one freezes well and is handy to have on hand.

    Recipe #215191

An Italian beef stew that only needs a red wine to make a delightful meal that will be popular with everyone. Posted for ZWT3

    Recipe #229980

From The Honorable John E. Baldacci, Governor of Maine. His favorite appetizer / side dish as posted on the Govenor's Index. Posted for ZWT3.

    Recipe #231877

Found this on a pull tab near the herbs & spices section many years ago. It has become as standard in our house. Use the amount of butter that best suits your personal taste.

    Recipe #206329

A ready-made pizza shell (whole wheat if you can find one) helps make this a quick and easy Friday Night Fix. My grandkids love this one.

    Recipe #208459

A little rum, a little fruit, a little nuts - great way to top off a good Italian meal. Cook time is freeze time. NOTE ON TOPPINGS: No exact amounts of stemmed cherries, macaroons or pistachio nuts were given in the original recipe. Garnish according to personal taste.

    Recipe #214836

Quick and easy, a family favorite from Taste of Home 2/11/2002. We usually enjoy this dish with Italian sausage patties and a green salad. Time is guesstimate, according to how you like your pasta.

    Recipe #218081

This Tapenade comes from the Pampered Chef. It's different from the others in that this one has cream cheese in it.

    Recipe #218591

From Taste of Home's Cooking for 2 (Spring Edition). I added a julienned carrot to the veggie blend.

    Recipe #218700

Best results come from using a lean ground meat. Add a green salad and your favorite garlic bread and you have one delicious meal. NOTE: because of previous reviews I'm adding another 1/4 cup to the fine dry breadcrumbs.

    Recipe #218857

Just what the name implies - quick! I double this one all the time.

    Recipe #218940

From one of my CD cookbooks. Posted for ZWT3

    Recipe #230616

An after-dinner cocktail that is very low in alcoholic content. Served in margarita glasses this will certainly impress your guests.
