This recipe came from the back of a bag of miniature marshmellows. I forgot the official name of the recipe before I got around to writing it down on a recipe card, so this was what my brother and I came up with. Extremely simple and good.

I got this recipe from a local grocery store where I take cooking classes. I made this cheesecake a couple of days ago for a party and it was so easy and fast. People couldn't believe that it was homemade.

Pairs well with: Wedding cake. Chocolate cake or fudge brownies. Milk chocolate bunnies. A salty, buttery mint ice cream with white chocolate flecks. Turmeric adds a soft ivory yellow. Savannah Buttermint Ice Cream was inspired by the pastel-colored white chocolate disks found in old-timey chocolate shops and those powdery, melt-in-your-mouth mint candies in the restaurants of our grandparents’ generation. It’s slightly salty, minty, and very buttery. The white chocolate flecks give it a pronounced creaminess. There is a special ingredient in this ice cream: the butter flavor. It’s one of very few flavorings that we stock in our kitchen, but believe me, it’s the right thing here. We use one from Frontier Natural Products, and it’s potently concentrated. A bit of turmeric gives the ice cream color but no added flavor. The creamy pale yellow hue sets the mood for buttermint: Easter baskets, white gloves, and baby showers.

This is an easy to make and yummy truffle. You can add different flavorings to make them uniquely yours! Great for gift giving - Melt in your mouth!! My kids and I do Christmas baskets full of nothing but homemade goodies - this is one of the favorites! (My cooking time is actual time "assembling" the truffles) Servings are approx - depends on how many you give to each person and how many you eat while making them :-) I usually get about 50 from each batch.

Wonderful blueberry ice cream that can be made from either fresh or frozen blueberries. Great summer-time treat! The recipe comes from a Country Woman Magazine, which I purchased just for this recipe. (Prep-time is estimated cooking time and Cooking-time is freezing and ripening time)

This makes a big 13x9 pan of brownies, using a brownie box mix. Super easy and looks gormet when you are done! (Be sure to buy the box mix that says that it makes a 13x9 recipe or you'll have problems.) The mix I use is by Betty Crocker.

I made this lemon pie from Ricardo and it's so good. The meringue was perfect. Feel free to reduce the amount of sugar in the pie. I used a little bit less and DH still thinks it's too sweet. But for him a lemon pie should be sour lol You'll have to wait at least 5 hours of cooling time.

If you are thinking about making a tin of brownies, or baking a cake, or even going to the store and buying donuts, stop. Don't proceed. Instead make this amazing chocolate brownie in less than 2 minutes. Indulging in a treat like this is perfect for those of you (me included) on a diet, who are craving dessert but don't want to go overboard by baking a dozen cookies or so. A single serving is very satisfying, and I've included 6 different variations so you can adjust the toppings/mix-ins to your taste. I tried the mounds one tonight and it was AMAZING! I also used hersheys special dark cocoa powder instead of regular cocoa, and it came out extra rich and chocolatey. This is a dense, moist and rich mug brownie, perfect with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream, enjoy!!!

This recipe has been making the rounds on the internet and I thought I would post it here so I don't forget about it. There are 8 different additions/variations that are guaranteed to make these blondies something special!

Off of the M&M bag - I like mine without the M&M's or nuts.

Serve these muffins for breakfast and your family will be begging for more. We love the combination of cream cheese and tart raspberries. GOOD TO KNOW: These sweets have only two-thirds the fat of traditional muffins. Walnuts are full of heart-healthy fats, and the antioxidants in raspberries can prevent heart disease and certain cancers, as well as keep your eyes, mind, and immune system sharp.

These are a very "moresome" bikky:) I used to sell these at the local markets, and they always sold out first. Very easy to make, and to really show off, you can throw a handful of chopped macadamia nuts in, gives them an extra crunch!!! PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE NOTHING LIKE AMERICAN CHOC CHIP COOKIES, WHICH ARE SOFT AND CHEWY. I have also added coco powder to the mix and used white chips, looks good, but the white chips stay very hard.

Instant Chocolate and coffee together, yum!! The espresso adds a coffee flavor that compliments the rich, deep chocolate flavor of the brownies.

    Recipe #41985

This is from our local foodie magazine, City Palate... Made it for Xmas and it was amazing. Any recipes I've ever tried out of this magazine have been incredible (the contributors are mostly big chefs around town)

I love poppy desserts and this is so fun to make and serve, and of course yummy! From my Marcus Samuelsson cookbook!

    Recipe #457202

From a collection of old Welsh cake recipes, purchased in Wales in 1992. "An impressive cake, its dark base contrasting with a deep meringue topping, is created by the simple improvement on the original of just one extra egg yolk, and one, or perhaps two, egg whites." The recipe says 1 teaspoon cinnamon. You might want a stronger cinnamon taste, so maybe use 1 1/2 teaspoons or to taste. As I haven't tried this cake yet I don't know how long it takes until the meringue topping is set.

I found this recipe several years ago but I don't remember where I got it from. These are really yummy brownies. Time does not include the cooling time.

Taken from a Melts wrapper. Looked yummy. Times are estimated. Cooking time is fridge time.
