This is a taco dip I came up with on my own. I am not fond of those "red" taco seasonings mixed with sour cream, so I decided to experiment. This is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
A twist on cheese sauce for cauliflower. Nice tangy taste of feta and richness of eggs. NOTE: I re-wrote the instructions more clearly. There is NO hot sauce in this, as mentioned by one reviewer. It called for whisking 1/2 cup OF THE HOT CHEESE sauce, NOT 1/2 cup hot sauce. :)
Simply yummm. If anyone came up with a low fat version of this I would be really happy! I have started keeping a bag of broccoli florets in the fridge as use them in so many things. So handy and it pretty much eliminates prep time here.
As fall is fast approaching I have been digging through my recipes for things of a fall and winter nature. This is a good one! I have never had it fail and it always tastes wonderful. I believe this came from NESTLE's site
A "company" perfect dish!
This is a knockoff of the old recipe for Chicken in the limelight.
My family loves that I have used it for quail.
Can also be made with any game bird as well with Cornish Hens.
The fried stuffed avocado has become quite popular lately showing up in a few restaurants in South Texas.
If you see it on the menu, make sure you order it. They are all different.
Here is one of the versions I found from a restaurant in Austin. I'm sure that you could make your own version. Enjoy!
