    How Easy Can It BE???? With your bread machine, you take just a couple ingredients place in the machine in the correct amounts and requested order and push "start". In a couple of hours you get a delicious fragrant loaf of YOUR homemade bread!  Guide for determining which bread recipe will fit your machine Maximum 3 cups flour for 1-1/2 lb machine makes 12 slices of baked bread (using 1 teaspoon of yeast,3 cups bread flour) Maximum 4 cups flour for 2 lb machine (using 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast,4 cups bread flour)Makes 16 slices of baked bread Use only the best, fresh quality ingredients. Have correct ingredient amounts needed for loaf size. Measure accurately and organize them up in order of use.   Add dried fruits or nuts during the raisin bread cycle. Do add ingredients in the order specified by the recipe. The important thing is to keep the yeast away from the liquid and the salt until the bread-making begins; this is especially important when the machine won't start mixing the dough for several hours.

    These are tender soft and a good choice to serve with a hot bowl of soup. I made these rolls to hold Recipe #294458. I served with soup so didn't want to filling of a sandwich.

Also great for Thanksgiving because these biscuits can be made ahead and frozen up to a week ahead. When ready to serve, thaw, wrap in foil, and heat in a 325º oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    This delicious sweet bread has frozen and dried blueberries in it! I do hope you can find dried blueberries because they are so good. If not try dried cranberries or raisins. Great cut fresh all by itself, spread some butter or cream cheese on it, toast it, bake into a great bread pudding or make some yummy blueberry French toast.

    This lovely golden Savory bread is made using Pumpkin but butternut, sweet potato, or any hard cooked squash can be used. Canned or fresh cooked. It's very lightly flavored with cinnamon and ginger. Receiving it's beautiful golden color from the squash, the saffron and turmeric. You can use saffron and or turmeric.

    This bread is made with Habanero cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack can be used. The cream cheese gives the bread a nice texture. But it's not really all that hot, just a hint of heat! This is great for Spinach dip. Any left over bread be great for grilled cheese, monte cristo's, or a savory bread pudding!

    This recipe uses a biga it's a pre-fermented dough that the French call a pate fermentee. It's started with a bit of yeast, and allowed to work for several hours. The advantage of making a biga is that because it ferments for a long time, which adds flavor and character to the bread. These are best eaten when fresh, although a few minutes in the oven the next day will bring them back almost to their freshness. Go ahead and use your favorite nuts or skip them. I leave some skin on my apple for the fiber and extra nutrients.

    I used my Recipe #163041 as a guide and made this babka simple by using the bread machine. If you want you can use farmers cheese or a mix of cream cheese and farmers cheese. You can mix any dried fruit you enjoy.

    This is a Cajun bread spiced with tomato, spices, garlic, heat form hot peppers. I read and was told you can not mix fresh garlic into the bread dough because the garlic will kill the yeast. I have and never had a problem. Just look at the picture of my bread. Be sure to place the garlic in separate corners from the yeast.

    You can omit the jalapeno and or cheese. They have a nice kick to them. I am removing Trans fats from my recipes for better health. This originally had shortening and now replaced with a healthier choice of oil.
