This wonderful recipe produces tender chicken cutlets wrapped with thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma topped with fresh sage leaves in a white wine reduction sauce. It's pretty easy to prepare and produces wonderful results.
This is my adaptation of several orzo salad recipes. It's a wonderful summer side dish to accompany grilled foods. I let it chill for only 1 hour but I bet the flavors will meld even better given longer chilling time.

You can prepare the roast the day before and let marinate overnight.

This recipe fits in with the south beach, GI and atkins diets as well as tastes delicious. Diets can make eating boring and leave you feeling hungry. After a few attempts, this made mr. nondiet love it. This was super easy to make and really a delicious treat while dieting. It also looks very "restaurant-ish" on the plate. Yummy.
Oh wow; this is a quick, easy meal that is sure to impress anyone. Tastes straight from the restaurant. I found it in one of my old cookbooks. The combination of proscuitto, cream, peas, shrimp and gorgonzola cheese is simply out of this world. You may substitute any pasta that you like for this recipe, though. Perfect with candles and wine for a romantic dinner. Simply delicious!
I make this at least once a week come fall & winter for dinner and lunches. My carnivore husband LOVES it. Goes great with homemade bread too!
If you are lucky enough to find grains of paradise, use them. I hear it really makes the soup. Never being able to find it myself, I just substitute regular pepper for it.
