I'm a vegetarian and my husband is not. He's a great sport and eats almost anything I cook, though. I love finding recipes on Recipezaar and converting them to vegetarian or substituting ingredients to make dishes healthier. I love meals that have few or inexpensive ingredients and that can be made in one dish. We eat at home almost every meal, so I'm always looking for new tastes and ideas!
