I am currently participating in a study, similar to Dr. Dean Ornish's, to reduce coronary artery disease. One of the pieces is a nearly vegan diet with 10% or less fat. I expected the diet to be difficult but it is much harder to get to the gym regularly. I am enjoying health improvements I did not expect as well as enjoying learning to cook with little fat and all veggie without any big craving for meats. Always interested in learning more since I truly love my food.
