I have worked in restaurants and bars most of my life. Love to eat and cook good stuff. Now am a professional bartender, or 'Mixologist'. Have been a bartender on and off for 30 years. I have managed high volume restaurants (800+ covers per day). I have a degree in Hospitality. Also I have attended The Culinary Institute of, America, New York,NY, seminars as a restaurant manager, for a for a week. I now am a bartender at The Yachtsman Steakhouse, WDW, FL.
