During the summer & fall, I cook for a resort in NW Ontario, Canada that my husband and I own. The rest of the year we spend on our farm in NE Iowa playing with my horses, hunting and fishing. My husband is diabetic (type 2) so I am learning to adapt recipes for him. At our resort, I also have the challenge of cooking for our many guests who have special dietary needs. It's a fun and challenging job for someone who is an accountant!
