I am a single lady who likes to cook. I usually give away what I cook. I also like to do hardanger embroidery. My favorite dishes are soups & Bread. I am currently trying to develop a connection to Macao, China. I have a friend who grew up there (Sicilian mother and Portuguese father). His mother cooked with a Chinese/ Portuguese/ Italian influence. He doesn't remember any of his mothers recipes, he just tells me what was in them. Years ago I found a cookbook that had most of the recipes, but I can't find it now. Makes for an interesting passion! I am currently not working (looking).
