I enjoy cooking and learning how to make things from primary ingredients. I have enjoyed moving further and further away from commercialized processed foods and further into creating and making even the most basic things from "scratch". It is amazing the difference it makes to buy local meats, grow my own vegetables and add a sauce from a recipe to the enjoyment of a meal as simple as the Hamburger. We have lost so much in the way of culinary enjoyment and I am exploring how to bring that back day to day.
