I'm what they call a career changer. I originally moved to NYC to start a job on Wall Street. Things were going well, but it wasn't what I wanted to do day in and day out. So, I decided to enroll at The French Culinary Institute to follow my passion for food. Since then I've been filling my days with pots and pans instead of stocks and bonds. The food I love to cook fills your mouth with flavor and your soul with warmth.
