I am 27 years young and am very interested in making memories in the kitchen for me and my foodie 4 year old son. No matter how much trouble the little guy gives me the one thing I enjoy most about our day is sitting at the kitchen table w/ him feasting on breakfast, lunch or dinner talking about the food (as best as we can) and discussing our days. I mean talk about an awesome dinner date, this munchkin will eat anything from sushi to tofu to my new fav Mongolian Beef. I love that he will let me know "mommy this needs more spicy" or any other of his little suggestions... its cute to hear his opinion at such a young age. Any who I love anything with robust flavors and easy executions (for the weekdays) on weekends I don't mind that extra umph..
