Started cooking for my family at about age 10 when Mom went back to work. Grew up watching Graham Kerr, The Galloping Gourmet, on TV. I have a very broad palate and don't hestitate to try new ideas or search for historic/classic dishes. I introduced my family to a vegetarian version of haggis following a trip to Scotland, and have converted most of them to a fondness for the dish so we can all enjoy it at the holidays.
