DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven 450°.
  • Simmer zucchini till barely tender; drain.
  • When cool, split in half and scoop out.
  • Fry bread cubes till crisp.
  • Mix with tomatoes.
  • Stuff zucchini; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Pop in oven till bubbly.
