Zippy Shrimp Dip
"Another MIL recipe that is SOOOOO good and so easy! Everyone raves about this, and it is one of my most requested "please bring....." recipes.
This is wonderful served on Ritz Crackers."

ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) cans small shrimp (drained and rinsed)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1⁄2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 -2 dash Tabasco sauce
directions
- Mix well with electric mixer and store in refrigerator several hours before serving. Sprinkle paprika or Morton's Hot Salt over top for color. Garnish with fresh parsley sprig.
- Cooking time is actually chilling time.

I am a school secretary, very happily married to a firefighter who is the love of my life! I am also the mom to 2 wonderful girls (ages 20 and 18) and to 2 spoiled rotten Labrador Retrievers and an equally spoiled cat. I am an animal lover and love to provide "good care and lots of affection" to all pets, not just my own!

I am adopted and I just turned fabulous 41! I stay very busy, but like to watch Food Network and to try new recipes. I have also become a Zaar Addict. Youngest Daughter calls it my "Cooking Facebook" LOL!!
