Zesty Italian Pork Chops

Zesty Italian Pork Chops created by Lori Mama

I got this recipe from a friend. It's great for a quick meal to put together when you're short on time. It's so easy it doesn't really need to be posted as a recipe but I'm trying to start keeping all of my favorite recipes together to help me with meal planning. I don't usually care for light or fat free dressings but in this case even using the fat free dressing this recipe still tastes great and the pork always ends up so tender.

Wonderful recipe. Cooking time is spot on. I only used 2 chops and reduced the dressing to 1/2 cup, but kept the amount of onions, which I sliced. :)
