Since I haven't been to Italy yet, this recipe transports me back to Basta Pasta in San Francisco! A nice accompaniment to a Godfather or Sopranos DVD! :)"

  • In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients.
  • Place over hot water and beat constantly until frothy, smooth and slightly thick.
  • Serve plain or on spong cake.
  • Delicious hot or cold.
