I wasn't sure about the liquid in the can corn so I reserved the liquid and when it was time to add the cheese I also added a small amount of the liquid to help meld the cheese. Came out very yummy and defiantly a nice change to a kitchen staple. Made for ZWT5 French/Cajun region; Team: Saucy Senoritas.

Just made this for dinner tonight. Used a 4-blend low fat ready grated cheese mix, and smoked garlic seasoning instead of salt. Added the cheese at the end, put a lid on the pot and turned the heat off, so it would be ready when my hubby got home from work. Turned out great. And was a hit with my hubby!!

Cheesey and corny is not good in a movie, but it was great in this recipe! I used a little olive oil instead of butter. I picked this for ZWT because I was on vacation and needed a real easy recipe to make. I made this on an induction hot plate, my first experience with induction cooking. Thanks for this easy recipe, a great side dish!

This is a picture of my sweet hubby and me. We've been married for over two years and I love cook. My husband is a very fit guy who works really hard, but loves to eat. All of our friends are wondering how long his fitness will last eating all the sweets I cook! :) I love this website and use it quite a bit. I am a Christian, and I work at a home for troubled kids. I teach music.
All of the recipes that I have posted are my absolute favorites. I will never post a recipe that I have not made myself.
